1. Services

The Wild Garnish provides private, in-home dining experiences, including menu planning, food preparation, on-site service, and cleanup. Services are customized based on client needs, guest count, and event details.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date

• The remaining balance is due prior to the event date

• Events are not confirmed until the deposit is received

We reserve the right to cancel or decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable due to advance sourcing and preparation

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be charged up to 100% of the total booking cost

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed

4. Guest Count & Final Details

• Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event

• Changes after this window may not be accommodated and may affect pricing

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a clean, safe, and functional kitchen space

• Ensure access to basic utilities (running water, electricity, etc.)

• Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests in advance

Failure to disclose allergies releases The Wild Garnish from related liability.

6. Service Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate

• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, power outages, etc.)

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination may occur.

8. Damages & Liability

• The client is responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by guests

• The Wild Garnish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph food, table setups, or event details for promotional use. No personal images will be used without consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All menus, branding, and content created by The Wild Garnish remain its intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
